My aim is to offer a unique approach to therapy, providing a safe/brave and supportive space for individuals to explore their feelings and experiences. You may have tried counselling or psychotherapy before, or this may be your first time. You may wish to experience Reiki and the healing this can offer.
Helping individuals find direction during challenging times, promoting self-healing, relaxation, and personal growth are key to what I want to provide. There will likely also be some gentle challenge to long held patterns that no longer serve you.

I am committed to helping make a positive difference in the lives of my clients and empowering them to embrace their unique journey towards holistic well-being. Sometimes this may also feel painful. I will be honest and open about that, and we will work on helping you to know when you are reaching your limits.

The therapy sessions will allow you to explore your feelings and experiences in a way that suits your own style of communicating, be that with art, sand tray, story telling or visualisation. I believe that creativity can help us to reach the parts of ourselves that we may otherwise avoid or be unaware of, and as such these insights may evoke feelings that we need to delve deeper into in order for change to occur. The sea of change can feel de-stabilising and rough at times and having a fellow companion on this journey can be invaluable. Together I hope we can find calmer seas, or we may need to anchor for a while until the storms pass.
